Software matters
only when the outcome does.
I started programming at thirteen and launched my first online products in 2002-2003. Since 2009, I have been building GMI Software and helping companies turn product uncertainty into working software.
My work begins before the code: clarify the problem, expose the most expensive assumption and design the smallest credible test. Then we can build an MVP, mobile app, web platform or AI product with a reason behind every investment.

The journey and its result.
Outside technology, I train for endurance sports. In 2026, I completed IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia. That goal meant finding the way forward week by week, learning from the evidence and taking the next step.
I value the same approach in business: observe, adjust the plan and keep moving towards the outcome.
